Staff notifications are about to be reinvented.
Companies need the ability to notify staff, see who has viewed the announcement and also provide an environment for employees to feedback on whatever they are being told.
Using ubisend, staff can be segmented (perhaps on their role, work location, function or something else) and notified for any critical event, announcement or anything important. Once a notification has been sent, management will be able to see who has read the notifications and who has engaged with them further.
The conversational nature of chatbots lets us take notifications one step further, letting users ask questions about the notification they have just seen.
