Yes, of course. Your partnership manager will assist you by answering questions and guiding your first few implementations. As an implementer, you also have priority access to our implementation team should you require a bit more hands-on, paid-for help.

No. ubisend will invoice your client for this license directly. You are free, however, to charge your clients for implementation and maintenance. ubisend will not take any fee from these charges.
